Tasting notes: The Picual variety emphasizes the strength of the olive juice, reflected in the balance between light bitterness on the palate (it is not a defect but an attribute) and the power of the body with a soft bite in the aftertaste ending in the throat. A mouth feel that brings out the fruit of the fresh olive with sweet touches of the maturation and aroma of grass for freshness in the mouth.

Tasting notes: Organic olives from certified organic crops. A combination of three varieties, where the sweetness brought out by the ripe fig with the sweet apple comes from the hojiblanca percentage, in this case, the protagonist. In smaller percentages, the dry tones and fruit offer a lighter taste on the palate and strength and freshness with a slight bitter nuance. This organic blend brings out the oils of before, where the nuances are very obvious and present on the palate.

Tasting notes: The subtle almond flavor brings a sweet contrast to the fruity tones coming from the percentage of picual and its corresponding soft bite in the throat, as well as the contribution of the density to the olive juice . The percentage of hojiblanca, the freshness is brought out by the green apple and fresh grass. The shades of intense green and strong gold are the product of a mixture of early olives (green) with hojiblancas olives (golden) and arbequina (a light yellow ). The arbequina olive does not provide too much flavor but balances the personality of the picual with the rest to make it more homogeneous and harmonious to the palate
