The Bolet family has cultivated vineyards and produced wine for over seven generations.

Over the years they planted new vineyards and today they cultivate 70 hectares located in different areas and altitudes from Castellví de la Marca (Barcelona), in the heart of the Penedès.

White varieties Macabeo, Xarel•lo, Parellada, Chardonnay, Muscat of Alexandria, Muscat de Frontignac, and Gerwürztraminer and also red varietals Tempranillo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir are all cultivated under Organic Production since 2003.

They start with a through work in the vineyards to obtain the maximum quality for their wines because their philosophy is to cultivate, elaborate and commercialize only wines from their own vineyards with the maximum potential.
